With a little under two weeks to solstice, we are moving through a seasonal energy gateway. This is when the planetary field strengthens, which affects how we feel in our bodies — and what is possible spiritually. What is special about this December- March cycle (and part of the next) is that they are going to be very different. As opposed to the rise and fall we are used to, it is going to be crescendo, crescendo, crescendo.
This is a season of remembering who you are — and embodying it.

🔥 1) We Are In a Time of Rapid Spiritual Transformation
We have entered a spiritual gateway unlike anything we’ve experienced in this life. As we move toward solstice — and into the astrological alignments of early 2026 — the planetary field is rising. This is sparking things in our souls, bodies, and emotions that are meant to lead us to more embodied, empowered presence here on Earth.
During this phase, many people will be crossing inner thresholds. They will embody, connect to and live more of their true path that is aligned with their authentic selves. Said differently – people will be becoming more of their spiritual selves in this here and now.
This is part of a great awakening – which is not necessarily a persons’ first time waking up. This is more like a threshold crossing into a more embodied, connected version of yourself.
Sometimes this feels pleasant. Other times, it feels like an existential crisis. Small adjustments and mindful moments of connection can turn a difficult experience into one where you are welcoming yourself home to a new layer of grounded, loving presence.

🌍 2) Earth Connection is KEY
Being with the Earth is not optional for spiritual growth. It is essential. Your soul knows this — which is why you are likely being called here.
This planet is a living energy system. This planet has different ‘flows’ of energy that make up that system: two of that I focus on are telluric current and electron flow. Though these grounded names are often overlooked – these are the ones that help you:

🌞 3) Why Solstice & Equinox Are More Powerful
There are specific times of year when Earth’s energy field peaks. Solstice and equinox are energetic events that spark deep spiritual connection. During these windows, the planet gathers and releases energy and cosmic forces interact with Earth’s field. We feel this emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Celebrated cross-culturally and dating back 10,000 years (or more), solstice + equinox are known to be moments of spiritual focus, personal grounding, and deeper connection. The increased energy flow is part of why this is the case. This is why so many cultures have built monuments of various designs to mark these dates and magnify their energy. It is also why so many mystery schools honored them as initiation dates.

One of the key struggles that people have during increased energy is that they feel miserable. Especially these last few years. If you have been wondering if things got harder, the answer is: in some ways, yes. The good news is, though I cannot take all the pain away, I am here to offer you solutions.
Though it can be hard, there is relief on the path.
Here is a gentle truth from someone who used to struggle through every gateway: When you learn how to work with these energies, everything changes.

This gateway is going to go on for a while. When we have the Neptune shift, eclipses, and the pings with true node in the first half of 2026, the energy is going to keep building.
