This is a boutique experience that entails a 30 minute consultation call with me in which I get a sense for who you are and what you need. Once we have met, I create a unique blend for you that comes with its own use ritual. This can take upwards of a week as I create, cure, and infuse the blend. Once completed, I send it to you via USPS ground mail.

Ways to Use Crow Medicine Apothecary Smudge Sprays
How to Smudge for Daily Cleansing (Palo Santo Blend)
Smudging is an important part of energy hygiene. One of the best ways to use Crow Medicine Apothecary Sprays is for daily energy clearing and maintenance. The best way to use any energy management tool is with intention. Taking a few moments to slow down your breath and set an intention before you spray helps you direct the power of the spray and receive its benefits with more impact. With energy – intention is everything.
- Begin by slowing down your breath. Take 3 rounds of 4,5,6 breathing (inhaling for a count of 4, holding for a count of 5, releasing for a count of 6)
- When ready, set the intention to purify your energy field with this spray “I am working with this spray to cleanse my energy field.”
- Holding the bottle arms length away from you, spray the smudge spray around yourself – head, toes, midsection. As you are doing this, know that you are cleaning and strengthening your auric field + energetic personal space. (*do not spray concentrated product directly onto skin)
If you happen to have had a weird incident in your home, dreams, with a client, or teacher – work with the Palo Santo spray as a quick energy shifter
- You can easily adapt this for any setting like the car, office, or classroom. Slow your breath, set the intent, and then spray the corners of the space you wish to cleanse. I recommend a spray in each corner – particularly in places where something negative or challenging may have happened.
- This is also perfect to use after nightmares or bad dreams. Spray and set the intention for the negative energy to dissolve. Trust that it will.
As they smell dissipates. so too does the energy you were shifting and removing.

Smudge Spray Ritual To Promote Peaceful Relaxation (Ground and Connect)
Smudge sprays are able to promote a state of being and to help us shift from feeling one way into another. Working with Crow Medicine Apothecary Ground and Connect blend is an effective way to shift out of ‘go’ mode into a more peaceful and relaxed state of being. Giving yourself moments of smudge and breath do much to enhance relaxation. Work with this blend to give yourself a meditative reset moment.
- Begin by slowing down your breath. Take 3 rounds of 4,5,6 breathing (inhaling for a count of 4, holding for a count of 5, releasing for a count of 6)
- When ready, set the intent that you are going to work with this smudge spray to help yourself come into a more peaceful, relaxed state of being
- Holding the bottle arms length away from you, spray the smudge spray in the space around you. You may like to focus it near your head, heart, and feet.
- After you spray, focus on your breath and the scent. Know that as the oil dissolves, so too are little bits of oxidative stress and remnants of discordant energy from your field melting away.
- Once here, continue on with the breathing pattern for 5 (or more) minutes. Perhaps have a cup of tea or write in your journal – whatever feels right to you.
- Stay with this as long as able. When done – note how much different you feel than when you began! Congratulate yourself for taking these moments.

*These products are strong. They are meant to be used as an energy field smudge, room spray and an energy shifting agent. When you spray your energy field around your body, make sure that you are holding it about an arms length away
As with most essential oils, it is best to remove young children under the age of 1 and animals of any age from a space before you treat it. Once the scent has dissipated & the oils have done their work, open the room back up. If you spill the bottle or spray a heavy mist, wipe it up before allowing animals and children to return to the area.*
