10 Day Vibration Setting Experiment: Will 5 Minutes Make a Difference?

Welcoming people to join me in a 10-day personal experiment experience.

– Are you a see it to believe it kind of a person?

– Are you feeling kind of ‘stuck’ and not sure how to get out of your rut?

– Do you like to play with energy tools?

– Do you like to learn new things to improve your life?

If you answered yes to any (or all) of these three questions, this post is for you. I am officially inviting you to join me on a 10-day harmonic shifting experiment experience.

What does it entail?

Working with a five-minute meditation and harmonization practice for ten days in a row to see how (or if) it brings any type of positive change into your life.

The concept

As I outline in the slides, we are able to set our ‘harmonic’ (our radio station) through conscious acts of connection. It works quickly. By doing conscious vibration setting activities for five minutes a day for ten days, you will begin to bring the positive benefits of shifting your radio station into your life.

*One of the main concepts of my method of teaching is that ongoing maintenance that includes small intervals of breath and a harmonic adjustment makes a big difference. This method is an example of part of what I teach about when I am saying ‘it only takes a few minutes a day’. The right kind of practice really slingshots you.*

TO BEGIN:

– I recommend working with my recent ‘heartbeat of the Universe’ video (available right here https://www.instagram.com/p/CXty3sPAbje/ ).

Work with this video every day for ten days to tune into the Universal love harmonic through Venus.

– At the outset, give yourself a few moments of assessment relating to what your overall state of wellbeing is. Write it down. You will be able to compare how you feel in ten days from now to the moment of writing. (Work with this guide to do that This is a little self assessment guide you may like to work with to see if and how this is working for you:

-Come on back each day, I will be here most of them posting away encouragement, music, and more breath and planet stuff. Note: I put a lot of songs in my ‘stories’ and do a morning meditation video with them often. This is a fun way to get your day started (or check in) with a little bit of fun. Everything I do is inspired by where we are in the Universal energy stream.

Welcoming people of all ages and skill levels to join in!

Welcome your children, friends, and spouses to give it a go as well.
