Vibration Setting With Music

Music is one of the most powerful tools we have to work with to do it. 

Much more than good for just ‘vibing’, music is also a powerful conduit for emotional healing, creativity, and growth.

This post is made to let you know about a powerful podcast I recorded, today. It is on the healing power of music and how we are able to work with it to a) set a tone for our experience, b) transform ourselves to healing and expansive places, and c) to reconnect (or form connections with) parts of ourselves long lost. Not to mention and most importantly: How we are able to work with music to have FUN.


What do I mean when I say Catching a vibe? Catching a vibe is a powerful energetic strategy.  Catching a vibe means choosing a harmonic experience, it means choosing a vibration, it means choosing a state of being.
